Les présentes conditions régissent la vente et l’utilisation du starter-kit Fastfony fourni par Minuit 11, vendu sous forme de licence attribuée par numéro unique et soumis à un abonnement mensuel, annuel ou à une vente unique.
These terms govern the sale and use of the Fastfony starter-kit provided by Minuit 11, sold as a license assigned by a unique license number and subject to a monthly or yearly subscription or a one off sale.
Le starter-kit est un ensemble de ressources logicielles (code source, documentation) destiné à faciliter le développement de projets Symfony. L’utilisation à but commercial ou professionnel du starter-kit est conditionnée à la souscription et au maintien d’un abonnement mensuel actif ou de l’achat d’une licence “Privilege” valable sans limite de temps. Après paiement, un numéro de licence unique est attribué à chaque client, permettant l’utilisation du produit. Pour un usage personnel, la licence est gratuite.
The starter-kit is a set of software resources (source code, documentation) designed to make Symfony project development easier. Commercial or professional use of the starter-kit is subject to the subscription and maintenance of an active monthly subscription or the purchase of a “Privilege” license valid indefinitely. After payment, each client is assigned a unique license number, enabling use of the product. For personal use, the license is free.
Le starter-kit reste la propriété intellectuelle de Minuit 11.
Une licence à usage commercial, non-exclusive et non-transférable, identifiée par un numéro de licence, est accordée à l’acheteur pour la durée de l’abonnement.
La revente, redistribution ou publication sans accord écrit est interdite. L’utilisation du starter-kit est conditionnée à la validité de l’abonnement.
The starter-kit remains the intellectual property of Minuit 11
A commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, identified by a license number, is granted to the buyer for the duration of the subscription.
Resale, redistribution, or publication without written consent is prohibited. Use of the starter-kit is subject to a valid subscription.
Par mois : Licence “Pro” pour 14,9 € hors taxes par mois avec support ou Licence “Entreprise” 149 € hors taxes par mois avec support premium, paiement récurrent via Stripe, utilisation autorisé pour 1 projet (site web, intranet, application…)
Le paiement de l’abonnement conditionne l’accès au support et au starter-kit et la validité de la licence.
OU
Par année : Licence “Pro” 149 € hors taxes par an (soit 2 mois gratuit) avec support ou Licence “Entreprise” 1490€ hors taxes par an (soit 2 mois gratuit) avec support premium, paiement récurrent via Stripe, utilisation autorisé pour 1 projet (site web, intranet, application…)
Le paiement de l’abonnement conditionne l’accès au support et au starter-kit et la validité de la licence.
OU
Paiement unique : Licence “Privilège” 4470 € hors taxes une seule fois avec support, utilisation autorisé pour 10 projets (site web, intranet, application) sans limite de temps.
Toute commande vaut acceptation des présentes CGV.
Le starter-kit est gratuit pour un usage personnel.
Per month: “Pro” license for €14.9 excluding tax per month with support or “Enterprise” license for €149 excluding tax per month with premium support, recurring payment via Stripe, authorized use for 1 project (website, intranet, application...).
Subscription payment conditions access to support and starter-kit, and validity of license.
OR
Per year: “Pro” license €149 excluding tax per year (or 2 months free) with support or “Enterprise” license €1490 excluding tax per year (or 2 months free) with premium support, recurring payment via Stripe, authorized use for 1 project (website, intranet, application, etc.).
Subscription payment conditions access to support and starter-kit, and validity of license.
OR
One-off payment: “Privilege” license €4470 excluding tax one-off with support, authorized use for 10 projects (website, intranet, application) with no time limit.
Any order implies acceptance of these TOS.
The Fastfony Starter-kit is free for personal usage.
Le produit (numéro de licence) est délivré électroniquement après paiement, par email.
The product (license number) is delivered electronically after payment, by email.

L’abonnement est souscrit pour une durée indéterminée, avec reconduction tacite chaque mois.
Le client peut résilier l’abonnement à tout moment, la licence et l’accès au produit prenant fin à l’expiration de la période en cours.
Conformément à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation, le droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas aux contenus numériques livrés immédiatement après paiement et acceptation expresse du client.
Du fait de la nature numérique du Starter Kit Fastfony, aucun remboursement ne pourra être opéré.
Le client peut à tout moment annuler sa souscription pour le mois prochain. Son produit (numéro de licence) ne sera alors plus utilisable.
The subscription is contracted for an indefinite period and is automatically renewed each month.
The customer may terminate the subscription at any time; the license and access to the product expire at the end of the current period.
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after payment with the express consent of the customer.
Due to the digital nature of the Fastfony Starter Kit, no refunds will be made.
The customer may cancel his subscription for the next month at any time. His product (license number) will then no longer be usable.
Le starter-kit est fourni « en l’état ». Aucune mise à jour n’est garantie. Pour un usage personnel, le support proposé est communautaire, donc sans garantie.
Pour les produits “Fastfony Pro” et “Fastfony Privilege” : le support est opéré par l’équipe technique de Minuit 11 ou la communauté. Une prise en charge de la demande est garantie dans les 72 heures ouvrées (du lundi au vendredi, entre 9h et 17h (UTC+2), à l'exception des jours fériés).
Pour le produit “Fastfony Entreprise” : le support est opéré par l’équipe technique de Minuit 11 ou la communauté. Une prise en charge de la demande est garantie dans les 12 heures ouvrées (du lundi au vendredi, entre 9h et 17h (UTC+2), à l'exception des jours fériés).

The starter-kit is provided “as is”. No updates are guaranteed. For personal use, the support offered is community-based and therefore not guaranteed.
For “Fastfony Pro” and “Fastfony Privilege”: support is provided by the Minuit 11 technical team or the community. Support is guaranteed within 72 working hours (Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (UTC+2), excluding public holidays).
For the “Fastfony Entreprise” product: support is provided by the Minuit 11 technical team or the community. Support is guaranteed within 12 working hours (Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (UTC+2), excluding public holidays).

Minuit 11 décline toute responsabilité pour tout dommage direct ou indirect résultant de l’utilisation du starter-kit.
Minuit 11 disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the starter-kit.
Les données collectées sont utilisées pour le traitement de la commande, dans le respect du RGPD.
Vous disposez d’un droit d’accès, de rectification et de suppression.
Collected data is used to process your order, in compliance with GDPR.
You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.
Les présentes CGV sont soumises au droit français.
Tout litige sera porté devant le tribunal compétent du siège de Minuit 11.
These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of Minuit 11's registered office.
Minuit 11 se réserve le droit de modifier les présentes CGV à tout moment.
La nullité d’une clause n’affecte pas la validité des autres.
Minuit 11 reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time.
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the terms remain in force.
